I was born on a small town on the Atlantic Ocean by the name of Necochea, in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have always loved the ocean; there's nothing like the sound of waves breaking, the feel of hot sand, and the wind blowing. I have always been an avid seashell collector, rock picker, treasure hunter. This piece commemorates walks on the beach with my mom, dad and sister, looking at the prints left on the sand by the sea, the birds, the crabs and the beetles (big, black stinky ones we used to spend time looking at). Messages written by lovers being wiped clean by the sea … there for one moment, and then gone. My mom and dad are no longer with me, but my memories of those days remain.
